Planning on publicly managed lands is a veritable alphabet soup of jargon. This weekend on the County Seat you will get a taste as we discuss NCA's, HCP's and RMP's as they relate to the latest planning efforts of the St George field office of the BLM. We'll break down the jargon and help you understand some of the issues that Washington County has with the current draft of the plan so that you can make your own comment before the November 16th deadline.
