ST. GEORGE, Utah - + Video - (Dixie State University) Film Students at Dixie State University were able to experience pre-production of a motion picture that was being filmed in southern Utah last week. The film "Looking Glass," formerly known as Room 10, was shot inside DSU's digital film studio located inside an old airplane hangar atop the old airport.

Two major actors are featured in this murder mystery thriller that takes place in a motel in the desert. Students visited the set and learned about inside production.  The medium to low budget film is being produced by an independent film company.

This is the first film that has been shot in the new studio since DSU acquired it. DSU Digital Film Program Director Phil Tuckett said this is just the beginning of what's to come in St. George. Tuckett is also the executive director of Docutah.
