ST. GEORGE, Utah - + Video – An Eagle Scout project has turned out to be a much needed aid for an eight year old special needs student at Little Valley Elementary School. The construction of an activity table has also proven to be a real back saver for physical therapists who have to lift Ellen Colson in and out of her wheelchair several times a day.

The project is one that has made a difference in the lives of those involved in Colson’s education. It was spearheaded by Washington County School District physical therapist Paul Ogilvie.
