DIXIE STATE UNIVERSITY, St. George, UT - + Video - According to the Dixie State’s Institutional Research, there are between 30-40 undocumented students currently attending classes on campus.

With the recent change in U.S. Presidency, many of those students are facing a sense of fear of possible deportation. But there are students who are assuring others by sharing their own stories.

In order to create awareness, the Multicultural Inclusion Center and the Latinos in Action are holding a special screening of a movie called “Papers.” The documentary is about undocumented youth and the challenges they face. A group discussion of diversity will follow the movie.

The movie screening is at 6:00 p.m., January 26, in the Gardner Center Living Room. The general admission cost is $5.00, or $3.00 for students with DSU student I.D.
