DSU envisions new innovative plans for St. George’s old East Elementary school

ST. GEORGE, Utah - + Video – One of St. George’s oldest elementary schools will soon turn into a new academic location and a think tank for entrepreneurial spirit and technology.

Dixie State University has purchased the old East Elementary School which will become know as Innovation Plaza. Plans are to turn the old building into an academic collaboration center promoting inventions and future technology. 

In the meantime, the 638 elementary and preschool students will attend a brand new two-story school less than a mile away.
