Bonds help fund new DXATC building in St. George

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah - + Video Washington County Commissioners approved $10 million dollars in Authority’s Lease Revenue Bonds to help fund the construction of the new DXATC building at St. George’s Ridge Top Complex. The bonds will be sold at around 6% interest for up to 21 years. 

The money will be added to the State of Utah’s contribution of $31 million. The total cost of the new campus is around $44.5 million.

The new campus will allow Dixie Applied Technology College to flourish in a permanent location.
